Perfect Ping It – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Perfect Ping It ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing, booking, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
1. Services
Perfect Ping It provides technology-related services which may include, but are not limited to:
- Network cabling and fiber installation
- Hardware installation and troubleshooting
- IT support and maintenance
- Site assessments and technical consultations
Specific services, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in written estimates, work orders, or invoices.
2. Estimates and Pricing
- All estimates are provided in good faith and are subject to change if project scope, site conditions, or client requirements change.
- Additional work not included in the original estimate must be approved by the client and may result in additional charges.
- Prices do not include applicable taxes unless explicitly stated.
3. Scheduling and Access
- Clients must provide timely access to the job site, equipment rooms, and necessary approvals.
- Delays caused by lack of access, incomplete information, or third-party dependencies may result in rescheduling or additional fees.
- We reserve the right to reschedule services due to emergencies, weather, illness, or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment terms are stated on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may be subject to interest charges of up to 1.5% per month (or the maximum allowed by law).
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate information regarding the site and scope of work
- Ensure the work environment is safe and compliant with applicable laws
- Obtain any required permissions, permits, or landlord approvals unless otherwise agreed
6. Warranties and Limitations
- Perfect Ping It warrants that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific performance outcomes, or compatibility with third-party systems unless explicitly stated in writing.
- Manufacturer warranties apply to hardware and materials where applicable.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Perfect Ping It shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Data and Confidentiality
- We will make reasonable efforts to protect confidential client information.
- Clients are responsible for backing up data prior to service. We are not responsible for data loss unless caused by gross negligence.
9. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Ongoing or partially completed work may be billed based on work performed up to the cancellation date.
10. Independent Contractor
Perfect Ping It operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, disputes may be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Colorado.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, labor disputes, or government actions.
14. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective upon posting or written notice.
15. Acceptance
By scheduling or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
